A recursive algorithm for estimating the three-dimensional trajectory and structure of a moving rigid object in an image sequence has been previously developed by Broida, Chandrashekhar, and Chellappa [1990]. Since then, steady advances have occurred in the calculation of optical flow. This work improves 3D motion trajectory and structure estimation by incorporating optical flow into the estimation framework. The new solution combines optical flow and feature point measurements and determines their statistical relationship. The feasibility of a hybrid feature point/optical flow algorithm, demonstrated through detailed simulation on synthetic and real image sequences, significantly lowers bias and mean squared error in trajectory estimation over the feature-based approach.  相似文献

 针对卫星遥感图像中的云探测问题,提出了一种有效的纹理特征分析方法。该方法使用反映图像灰度性质和空间关系的分形和灰度共生矩阵两类纹理,分别来描述云区域和无云的下垫面区域,并从这两个纹理的共5个特征参数构成的多维空间中简化出最小的二维分类空间,使该空间能够完全地区分卫星遥感图像中的云和各种下垫面,利用它设计的线性分类器可以高效地实现云的自动探测功能。大量实际图像测试结果正确率达到98%,证实了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

A spatio-temporal method for identifying objects contained in an image sequence is presented. The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) technique is used as the classification algorithm, making classification decisions based on a spatio-temporal sequence of observed object features. A five class problem is considered. Classification accuracies of 100% and 99.7%, are obtained for sequences of images generated over two separate regions of viewing positions. HMMs trained on image sequences of the objects moving in opposite directions showed a 98.1% successful classification rate by class and direction of movement. The HMM technique proved robust to image corruption with additive correlated noise and had a higher accuracy than a single-look nearest neighbor method. A real image sequence of one of the objects used was successfully recognized with the HMMs trained on synthetic data. This study shows the temporal changes that observed feature vectors undergo due to object motion hold information that can yield superior classification accuracy when compared with single-frame techniques  相似文献

Consideration is given to the design and application of a recursive algorithm to a sequence of images of a moving object to estimate both its structure and kinematics. The object is assumed to be rigid, and its motion is assumed to be smooth in the sense that it can be modeled by retaining an arbitrary number of terms in the appropriate Taylor series expansions. Translational motion involves a standard rectilinear model, while rotational motion is described with quaternions. Neglected terms of the Taylor series are modeled as process noise. A state-space model is constructed, incorporating both kinematic and structural states, and recursive techniques are used to estimate the state vector as a function of time. A set of object match points is assumed to be available. The problem is formulated as a parameter estimation and tracking problem which can use an arbitrarily large number of images in a sequence. The recursive estimation is done using an iterated extended Kalman filter (IEKF), initialized with the output of a batch algorithm run on the first few frames. Approximate Cramer-Rao lower bounds on the error covariance of the batch estimate are used as the initial state estimate error covariance of the IEKF. 目标机动轨迹预测是空战态势感知和目标威胁评估的重要前提。针对传统目标机动轨迹预测模型复杂度大、预测精度低等问题,结合目标机动轨迹时间序列的混沌特性,提出一种基于相空间重构理论和Volterra泛函级数的目标机动轨迹预测模型。该模型首先采用0-1检测法验证了目标机动轨迹时间序列具有混沌特性;其次,利用C-C法确定嵌入维数和时间延迟,对目标机动轨迹时间序列进行了相空间重构;然后,引入Volterra泛函级数预测模型,为了克服高阶Volterra核函数求解复杂的难题,提出一种混沌变异自适应粒子群算法,构建一种基于改进粒子群算法辨识的Volterra级数预测模型,并将其应用于目标机动轨迹预测;最后,将所提算法与卡尔曼滤波算法以及机器学习算法进行单步和多步预测对比,同时将改进粒子群算法与其他智能算法进行性能比较。仿真结果表明:所提预测模型具有良好的单步和多步预测性能,改进的粒子群算法具有参数辨识精度高、收敛速度快的优点。  相似文献

In space application, robot system are subject to unknown or unmodeled dynamics, for example, in the tasks of transporting an unknown payload or catching an unmodeled moving object. We discuss the parameterization problem in dynamic structure and adaptive control of a space robot system with an attitude-controlled base to which the robot is attached. We first derive the system kinematic and dynamic equations based on Lagrangian dynamics and the linear momentum conservation law. Based on the dynamic model developed, we discuss the problem of linear parameterization in term of dynamic parameters, and find that in joint space, the dynamics can be linearized by a set of combined dynamic parameters; however, in inertial space linear parameterization is impossible in general. Then we propose an adaptive control scheme in joint space, and present a simulation study to demonstrate its effectiveness and computational procedure. Because most takes are specified in inertial space instead of joint space, we discuss the issues associated to adaptive control in inertial space and identify two potential problem: unavailability of joint trajectory because the mapping from inertial space trajectory is dynamic-dependent and subject to uncertainty; and nonlinear parameterization in inertial space. 结合非线性动力学中的相空间重构和分形理论,提出了一种分析离心压缩机叶轮旋转失速动力学特征的方法.采用数值方法对低速离心压缩机(LSCC)叶轮旋转失速状态进行了模拟,得到了失速工况下叶轮出口多个位置的气流压力时间序列.对各压力时间序列进行相空间重构,构造出一低维动力系统,其时间延迟和嵌入维数通过运用C-C方法得出.对重构的动力系统的相图进行了分形特征分析,计算了相应的分形维数.研究表明:叶轮旋转失速后系统的压力信号具有混沌特性,在相图上表现为具有分形结构,揭示了旋转失速后系统的动力学特征.计算分析分形维数后发现,数据采集点位于相同半径处计算得到的分形维数相近,约为3.39;数据采集点的半径增大时,分形维数减小.  相似文献

基于滚动轴承振动信号的各种三维或二维谱图中包含的不同故障信息的客观现实,通过二维小波变换在不同尺度空间下构造的小波共生矩阵提取了谱图的纹理特征向量.利用灰关联分析表征这些纹理特征的不同发展态势从而实现滚动轴承的故障诊断.对实测滚动轴承不同状态故障数据的分析表明:该方法具有较高的故障模式分类精度;随着故障尺寸的增加,由于轴承各部件的相互影响诊断正确率会有所降低.同时研究表明对于特定的诊断方法是否进行特征向量归一化需区别对待.   相似文献

 传统的特征袋(BoF)模型在目标识别过程中假设每个局部特征点只关联特征词典中一个视觉单词。此外,l1范数约束下的稀疏编码对于具有较强成对相关性的特征通常只选择一个特征,而不关注哪一个特征被选择。本文提出一种基于弹性网稀疏编码的特征袋模型。该模型利用尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)特征描述子构建特征字典,再通过弹性网回归模型求解每个描述子所对应的稀疏系数向量,最后将目标图像内的稀疏系数向量合并用于分类。与传统的特征袋模型和基于l1范数稀疏编码的特征袋模型相比,该模型有较好的识别性能,并对视角变化具有较强的鲁棒性。在空间目标图像数据库上的实验验证了该模型的有效性。  相似文献

传统的空间目标监测是建立在单目标状态估计基础之上,在面对突发产生的大量空间碎片时,由于碎片尺寸小,且密集分布以"群"的方式出现,传统单目标处理方法很难奏效。以"群"整体作为处理对象,基于随机有限集(RFS)技术,对"群"的状态特征进行估计。为了解决漏检目标密度分配问题和轨迹关联问题,提出一种面向量测的改进集势概率假设密度(CPHD)滤波器,并结合滤波后的信息处理过程,完成了对低轨空间碎片群的目标密度分布、群内目标数以及群内显著目标的状态估计。在仿真实验中,提出的滤波器表现明显优于传统滤波器和标准CPHD滤波器,且在某些传统滤波器和标准CPHD滤波器已失效的情况下,所提技术仍能有效工作。  相似文献

Detecting small moving objects using temporal hypothesis testing   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
This paper addresses the problem of detecting small, moving, low amplitude objects in image sequences that also contain moving nuisance objects and background noise. We formulate this problem in the context of a hypothesis testing procedure on individual pixel temporal profiles, leading to a computationally efficient statistical test. The technique assumes we have reasonable deterministic and statistical models for the temporal behavior of the background noise, target, and clutter, on a single pixel basis. Based on these models we develop a generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) and perfect measurement performance analysis, and present the resulting decision rule. We also propose a parameter estimation technique and compare its performance to the Cramer Rao bound (CRB). We demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique by applying the resulting algorithm to real world infrared (IR) image sequences containing targets of opportunity. The approach could also be applicable to other image sequence processing scenarios, using acquisition systems besides IR imaging, such as detection of small moving objects or structures in a biomedical or biological imaging scenario, or the detection of satellites, meteors or other celestial bodies in night sky imagery acquired using a telescope  相似文献

By observing a Doppler signal at several points in space, it is possible to determine the position, velocity, and acceleration of a moving target. Parameter identification for a constant-acceleration motion model is studied, and the Cramer-Rao bound on motion parameter uncertainty is obtained for phaseand frequency-based estimation strategies, with the result that the preferred strategy depends upon the sensor/target geometry and target motion. Direct identification of the constant-acceleration trajectory model from the Doppler signal requires a 9-dimensional nonlinear optimization. Exploiting symmetry in the sensing geometry, a novel trajectory representation is presented which reduces the nonlinear optimization to one in 3 dimensions, with additional parameters obtained by linear identification. 无人机情报处理系统是无人机地面控制系统的重要组成部分之一,主要负责对无人机侦察载荷下传的侦察情报进行处理,从复杂的情报中获得直观的情报产品并传递给上级和友邻单位。对于搭载光电载荷的无人机情报处理当前仍以依靠人力鉴别为主。介绍一种基于快速近似最近邻( FLANN) 搜索特征的K 近邻用分类决策,可去除背景信息对分类性能的影响;为了进一步提高算法的运行速度及减少算法的内存开销,采用特征选择的方式分别减少测试图像和训练图像集的特征数目,并尝试同时减少测试图像和训练图像集中的特征数目平衡分类正确率与分类时间之间的矛盾。该算法保留了原始NBNN 算法的优点,无需参数学习的过程,实验结果验证了算法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

针对空间绳系机器人中距离逼近过程最优轨迹规划问题,提出了基于速度增量的多目标逼近轨迹优化方法,优化指标为总速度增量及逼近时间。首先建立逼近过程相对动力学模型及最优逼近轨迹优化模型,然后利用改进型非劣分类遗传算法得到相对逼近距离1.5 km内逼近轨迹的Pareto最优解。仿真结果表明,该方法可以揭示空间绳系机器人逼近距离1.5 km内逼近时间、燃料消耗、相对目标的面内视界角及速度增量次数之间的相互关系,能满足针对不同任务需求提供相应最优轨迹的要求。  相似文献

将基于风洞网格测力试验数据建立的气动力模型与刚体运动方程进行耦合求解得到多体分离轨迹-时间特性,建立了一种多体分离的离线轨迹预测方法。为了提高气动力模型的预测精度,针对移动最小二乘法(MLS)模型提出一种新的权函数形式,针对Kriging气动力数学模型通过加入样点预处理提出了Kriging-Pre数学模型。研究方法应用于来流马赫数6条件下,某并联两级入轨飞行器标模的分离特性研究。研究表明采用改进的两种气动力数学模型均可有效提高分离轨迹预测精度,得到与CFD以及风洞试验定性一致的结论。验证了本文提出的离线轨迹预测方法可以满足当前多体分离特性定性分析需求,具有较高时效性。  相似文献

The target motion analysis (TMA) for a moving scanning emitter with known fixed scan rate by a single observer using the time of interception (TOI) measurements only is investigated in this paper.By transforming the TOI of multiple scan cycles into the direction difference of arrival (DDOA) model,the observability analysis for the TMA problem is performed.Some necessary conditions for uniquely identifying the scanning emitter trajectory are obtained.This paper also proposes a weighted instrumental variable (WIV) estimator for the scanning emitter TMA,which does not require any initial solution guess and is closed-form and computationally attractive.More importantly,simulations show that the proposed algorithm can provide estimation mean square error close to the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) at moderate noise levels with significantly lower estimation bias than the conventional pseudo-linear least square (PLS) estimator.  相似文献

针对基于博弈理论设计应对多枚拦截弹的协同突防控制方案时需要确定博弈对象的问题,提出了一种基于长短时记忆(LSTM)网络的拦截弹攻击对象匹配方法。基于传统防空导弹飞行时序与流程构建拦截弹飞行轨迹库,以轨迹库为训练样本对LSTM网络进行训练,并以此为基础构建航迹预测模型与对象匹配模型,实现对拦截弹攻击对象的识别。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效识别拦截弹拦截目标,为后续的巡航弹突防研究提供支撑。  相似文献

The optimal scheduling of the tasks of a multitarget tracking problem onto multiprocessors to minimize the schedule length is considered. The main impediments of the recent A* algorithm for optimal scheduling of the tasks of this problem, the space and time requirements, are reduced using three new techniques, viz. processor isomorphism, duplicated node deletion, and lower bound on completion time. Novel algorithms for moving target imaging and trajectory computation using a two-receiver radar are presented. The range-bin alignment is implemented with an adaptive method using the envelope correlation feature of different returns and the angular trajectory equation is solved using a linear least squares method combined with a unique phase-unwrapping technique. The angular positions of the synthetic array elements are determined from the trajectory computation.
