The methodological approach to the study of cosmonauts errors is discussed in the paper. Within its framework an error is considered in psychophysiological aspect as consequence of cosmonaut "psychophysiological troubles" caused by combined effect of flight extreme conditions on his/her organism. This approach was used for the investigation of interrelation between cosmonauts errors, their psychophysiological state and work-rest schedule peculiarities. It includes procedures of expert analysis of data received in the course of radio and TV sessions with crew, analysis of timelines as well deviations in "crew-spacecraft" system functioning. These data are accumulated, systematized and processed in data base. Realization of the suggested approach does not require specialized onboard equipment and crew members time expenditure. Some results of inflight data analysis are presented to illustrate its potentials. 相似文献

Dramatic changes in the world political situation have encouraged collaboration between the main spacefaring, and other nations, in furthering progress in space endeavours. General strategic concepts must balance scientific/ technology/cost rationales while still preserving political and ambitious issues. This paper advocates optimizing the information from low-cost robotic missions to outer and inner planets when discussing ambitious robotic and manned flights to Mars. The author also articulates three additional points: first, the necessity of establishing the degree to which a human rather than a robotic presence is an absolute requirement for the most effective study of a planet; second, is the time ripe for a manned mission to Mars considering existing political/economic/technological constraints?; and third, that such a costly project is justified only if nations pool their resources and combine interests through effective international cooperation. 相似文献

The concept of the Darboux point at which an extremal loses its global optimality is extended to the case of discontinuous control. Using Contensou's domain of maneuverability, the condition for optimal switching at a corner is derived and the optimality of the trajectory in the neighborhood of a Darboux point is analyzed. The theory is applied to the problems of minimum-fuel planar and noncoplanar deorbit from elliptical orbits for atmospheric entry at a prescribed angle. In each case, the global optimal trajectory is assessed and it is found that in these nonlinear problems the Darboux point and the conjugate point are distinct. The global optimality is always lost before local optimality. 相似文献
