实验研究了硝酸酯增塑聚醚高能推进剂高压燃烧性能。通过对PET,PEG和叠氮聚醚三种粘合剂;NG,TEGDN及BTTN三种增塑剂;AP,RDX,Al粉的含量和粒度进行研究,发现推进剂在9~25MPa压强范围内燃速 压强曲线存在拐点,得出了推进剂各主要组成及固体组分的含量和粒度变化时推进剂高压燃烧性能的变化规律:分别以PET,PEG和叠氮聚醚为粘合剂时,推进剂燃速依次升高;含不同增塑剂的推进剂的燃速随增塑剂中硝酸酯基含量的增加而增加;AP含量增加同时RDX含量减小,燃速增大并且压强指数降低;AP粒度减小时,燃速增大,并且超细AP可大幅度增加燃速;Al粒度减小时,燃速先减小后增大,致使推进剂压强指数升高。 相似文献

研究了3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)的含量、不同催化剂体系、炭黑的含量、DNTF的粒度对DNTF改性双基推进剂燃速和压强指数的影响。实验表明:DNTF含量为30%时,以含能铅盐、芳香铜盐和炭黑(cB)所组成的复合催化剂可使推进剂压强指数降为0.37(8~14MPa);而当DNTF的含量为50%时,所选用的三种催化剂体系(铅盐包括含能铅盐和芳香铅盐,铜盐为芳香铜盐)对推进剂的燃烧性能失去调节作用;炭黑含量的增加使推进剂的燃速增加,压强指数变大;DNTF的粒度对该推进剂的燃速影响明显,DNTF粒度较大时,燃速较高(53.19mm/s,16MPa),压强指数较大。 相似文献

激光光斑法是激光阴影技术的实际应用,它是文献[1]中激光燃速仪法的发展,但本质有很大差别。激光器发出的激光束照在燃烧的药条上,随药条燃烧,燃面下移逐渐增多的过激光量由一光电池接收并转换为电压信号。如果在激光束上加一整形片,使这种转换具线性关系,并且适当选择和调整放大和记录元件,使在要求的测试精度范围内,每个环节信号转换都具有线性关系。因而,组成一个线性系统。 相似文献

提出了一种新的航空升降速度标准信号自动产生方法.从控制方面,采用硅压阻模拟、石英数字双传感器,分别作为过程控制传感器和基准压力传感器,保证系统升降速度的准确度.采用双闭环控制方案,模拟闭环采用电路设计实现,数字闭环通过计算机、数字传感器和软件实现.控制执行部件采用一对比例电磁阀门.控制电路设计采用了模拟电路PID和数字PID控制结合的串级控制方案,对实现升降速度和压力信号变化的微分电路进行了设计.实验证明,该装置升降速度的输出准确度优于0.2%F.S,控制范围为0~200 m/s. 相似文献

Ultra-compact serpentine inlet faces serve inlet-engine compatibility issues due to flow distortion. To ensure inlet-engine compatibility over a wide range of Mach number, novel active flow control techniques with the ability of being opened or adjusted as needed draw many attentions in recent years. In this paper, a feedback control system was developed based on the method of microjet blowing. The proposed system includes a pressure adjusting valve to adjust the control effort, a dynamic pressure sensor to sense the inlet distortion intensity, a signal processing instrument to calculate the Root-Mean-Squared (RMS) pressure, and a controller to implement feedback control. To achieve high quality closed-loop controls at dynamic conditions, a novel nondimensional feedback method was developed. The advantage of this nondimensional method was validated at both off-design and arbitrarily changing Mach number conditions. With a sectional PI control law, the RMS control error reduced more than 56% at arbitrary changing conditions. Works in this paper also showed that the dynamics of this nondimensional system can be simplified as a stable second-order overdamped system. 相似文献

Active ripple filters can substantially attenuate power converter ripple, allowing considerable reduction in passive filter component size. Investigated here is a hybrid passive/active filter topology that achieves ripple reduction by injecting a compensating voltage ripple across a series filter element. Both ripple feedforward and feedback are employed. The design of sensor, amplifier, and injector circuitry for this application is explored. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and high performance of the new approach, and illustrate its potential benefits. It is demonstrated that the proposed approach is most effective in cases where it is desirable to minimize the amount of capacitance in the filter. 相似文献

The theory and procedures pertinent to the design of wide-band high-power amplifiers and the classical theory of broadband voltage amplifiers is briefly reviewed; the differences between the design constraints for voltage amplifiers and for power amplifiers are pointed out. The requisite changes in analytical models of the amplifier are inferred; an analytical model appropriate to the design of high-power wide-band amplifiers is constructed. The observed characteristics of an amplifier are presented and compared with competitive devices. Differences between wide-band voltage amplifiers and wide-band power amplifiers are inferred directly from voltage and power gain; a procedure for designing efficient wide-band power amplifiers is presented; and application of this procedure is shown to be adequate for the design of VHF amplifiers providing average power output of 1 kW over a 50 percent bandwidth with overall efficiency of 33 percent and a power gain of 15 dB. 相似文献

为了在主燃油计量活门位移传感器出现故障时仍能实现航空发动机全包线范围内的转速自适应控制,根据航空发动机转速自适应控制原理提出了一种基于零极点配置原理的容错控制方法,根据高压转子转速控制计划与实测转速之间的误差对主燃油控制电液伺服阀电流进行闭环运算,并运用零极点配置原理将控制参数与转速自适应控制相融合,参数在全包线范围内随发动机状态变化进行自适应调整,通过半物理模拟试验对该容错控制方法进行了验证。结果表明:该容错控制方法能够在全包线范围内保证数字电子控制系统稳定工作,并具有较好的稳态和动态性能,发动机高压转子转速稳态波动量在±0.15%以内,超调量和下降量分别在0.63%和0.61%以下,而且容错控制方法实施方便、自适应性强,对提高航空发动机数字电子控制系统的工作可靠性具有重要作用。 相似文献
