从边界扫描链的基本结构和边界扫描链的构建原则入手,提出了一种支持电路板上多路混合电压边界扫描链测试的适配方案,有效解决了同一电路板上混合电压的边界扫描链不能用同一JTAG控制器测试的问题.该适配方案可将电路板上不同电压的边界扫描链路经电平转换后由用户自主选择是分链测试,还是构成一条链路进行测试.该适配方案灵活简便,可增强芯片间的互连测试能力,并提高电路板的测试覆盖率. 相似文献

航空发动机电子控制器向更高性能和更高集成度的方向发展,使得传统测试方法难以满足需要。本文提出了通过边界扫描技术来解决电子控制器核心电路的测试问题。为了论证这一方案的可行性,设计了边界扫描测试技术验证平台,主要包括边界扫描测试适配器和被测电路。对被测电路开展了基于边界扫描的测试试验,完成了主要指令的测试。同时通过扫描链实现了对被测电路的故障注入,通过这种方法注入故障可对航空发动机电子控制器的机内测试(BIT)能力进行验证。本文探索了边界扫描测试技术在航空发动机电子控制器中的应用 相似文献

In this study an integral-proportional (IP) controller with on-line gain-tuning using a recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) is proposed to control the mover position of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) servo drive system. The structure and operating principle of the PMLSM are first described in detail. A field-oriented control PMLSM servo drive is then introduced. After that, an IP controller with on-line gain tuning using an RFNN is proposed to control the mover of the PMLSM for achieving high-precision position control with robustness. The backpropagation algorithm is used to train the RFNN on line. Moreover to guarantee the convergence of tracking error for the periodic step-command tracking, analytical methods based on a discrete-type Lyapunov function are proposed to determine the varied learning rates of the RFNN. Furthermore, the proposed control system is implemented in a PC-based computer control system, Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed PMLSM servo drive system is demonstrated by some simulated and experimental results. Accurate tracking response and superior dynamic performance can be obtained due to the powerful on-line learning capability of the RFNN. The main objective of the turboprop engine control system is to ensure propeller absorbed power at a constant propeller speed by controlling fuel flow and blade angle. Since each input variable affects the selected output variables, there exist strong interactions between different control loops of a Two-Spool TurboProp Engine (TSTPE). Inverted decoupling is used to decouple the interactions and decompose the TSTPE into two independent single-input single-output systems. The multi-variable PI controller and two single-variable PI controllers are designed for the TSTPE with actuator dynamics based on Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), respectively, which is derived from static output feedback and pole placement condition. The step responses show that due to the difference in the response times of the selected output variables, it is difficult to design an appropriate multi-variable PI controller. The designed single-variable PI controllers are tested on the TSTPE integrated model to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, that is, the interactions are first decoupled and then the controllers are designed, and the resulting simulated responses show that compared with the controller designed without actuator dynamics, the gas-generator shaft speed and power turbine shaft speed can better track their respective commands under the action of the controller designed with actuator dynamics. 相似文献

Thermal controllers equipped with phase-change materials are widely used for maintaining the moderate temperatures of various electric devices used in spacecraft. Yet, the structures of amounts of thermal controllers add up to such a large value that restricts the employment of scientific devices due to the limit of rocket capacity. A lightweight structure of phase-change thermal controllers has been one of the main focuses of spacecraft design engineering. In this work, we design a lightweight phase-change thermal controller structure based on lattice cells. The structure is manufactured entirely with AlSi10 Mg by direct metal laser melting. The dimensions of the structure are 230 mm × 170 mm × 15 mm, and the mass is 190 g, which is 60% lighter than most traditional structures(500–600 g) with the same dimensions. The 3 D-printed structure can reduce the risk of leakage at soldering manufacture by a welding process. Whether the strength of the designed structure is sufficient is determined through mechanical analysis and experiments. Thermal test results show that the thermal capacity of the lattice-based thermal controller is increased by50% compared to that of traditional controllers with the same volume. 相似文献

针对一台PC机与多台MCS-51单片机构成的小型集散控制系统的特点,介绍了系统中通信控制器的设计方法.通信控制器以AT89S51单片机为核心,采用8251实现串口扩展,并通过基于RS-232C标准和RS-485标准的串行通信技术的应用,解决了小型集散控制系统的通信问题,减轻了PC机的通信负担.经过软硬件的设计和联机调试,测试结果表明,该控制器的应用不仅提高了集散控制系统数据传输的可靠性,而且提高了整个系统控制的实时性.此外,控制器具有结构简单的优点. 相似文献
