A Welti code is a binary sequence with an impulse-like autocorrelation function. A set of such codes may possess vanishing cross-correlation functions. The elements of Welti codes must be members of a set of at least two orthogonal vectors or subcodes. First, methods for synthesizing sets of one-dimensional Welti codes with vanishing cross-correlation functions, and conditions upon their existence are discussed. Then, construction methods of sets of two and higher dimensional Welti codes are presented. Based on these constructions, further sets of mutually orthogonal complementary codes in one or more dimensions can be derived. The use of such signals relates to various topics such as communication, radar and navigation systems, measuring and identification in one or higher dimensional systems, synchronization and spatial alignment, or coded aperture imaging.  相似文献

Hybrid simulation codes with application to shocks and upstream waves   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Hybrid codes in which part of the plasma is represented as particles and the rest as a fluid are discussed. In the past few years such codes with particle ions and massless, fluid electrons have been applied to space plasmas, especially to collisionless shocks. All of these simulation codes are one-dimensional and similar in structure, except for how the field equations are solved. We describe in detail the various approaches that are used (resistive Ohm's law, predictor-corrector, Hamiltonian) and compare results from the various codes with examples taken from collisionless shocks and low frequency wave phenomena upstream of shocks.  相似文献

通过将计算机图形可视化技术引入碰摩故障识别,进行航空发动机碰摩故障识别技术研究。对航空发动机转子叶片和机匣等关键部件进行可视化建模,根据转子和机匣的振动位移,进行转静碰摩部位检测,对碰摩时产生的火花进行模拟,以直观展现碰摩故障。利用有限元碰摩故障仿真实验,进行航空发动机转静碰摩故障识别和模拟验证,结果表明了方法可以有效地识别出碰摩故障,并直观地显示出碰摩效果。  相似文献

针对遥测系统在恶劣天气条件、航天器姿态调整、天线指向偏离、脉冲干扰等各种因素影响下出现的遥测信号闪断以至接收机丢帧问题,提出一种适用于闪断信道的纠删码技术,用于恢复丢失的数据帧.首先介绍LDPC(低密度奇偶校验)纠删码的编译码算法,然后构造一种以短码长的随机码为外码、IRA(不规则重复累积)LDPC码为内码的级联纠删码,最后给出纠删码的应用策略和实现纠删码所需的CCSDS(空间数据系统咨询委员会)协议扩展.通过仿真实验和分析,得到了LDPC纠删码和级联纠删码的纠删性能,得出级联纠删码与LDPC纠删码均可获得接近理想的纠删性能的结论,且级联纠删码的构造更为灵活,可适应不同的应用环境,对CCSDS协议进行适当扩展后即可支持纠删码在CCSDS遥测链路中的应用.  相似文献

针对短码DSSS(Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum,直接序列扩频)信号扩频码MLE(Maximum Likelihood Estimation,最大似然估计)问题,提出了一种基于Viterbi算法的扩频码搜索方法,并将其应用到同步CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)信号的扩频码估计中.该算法利用了扩频码码元为±1的先验知识,以向量的2-范数平方或1-范数作为度量值;每次判决扩频码码元时,计算2条可能路径的度量值,并选择使度量值最大的那条路径作为幸存路径,最终的幸存路径即为估计的扩频码;所提算法不仅计算复杂度低,而且能同时估计扩频信号的扩频码和信息序列.仿真实验表明,本算法在低信噪比时同样具有较好的性能.  相似文献

There has been much interest recently in applying cartographic digital data bases to advanced avionics systems as a solution to specific problems associated with night attack aircraft missions. The tremendous computer horsepower required to accomplish this task in real-time in an airborne environment is well documented. Hardware implementation of complex algorithms traditionally has produced custom devices which accomplish a specific function on a specific data structure. Historically, this has resulted in powerful but inflexible systems incapable of adapting to the changing requirements of military missions. In an age of evolving technology, these pitfalls must be avoided by incorporating expected changes into the design of digital map systems. If they are made to accommodate a variety of cartographic data bases and allow for programmable manipulation of those bases, this new class of digital map sets can be reconfigured at the software level to meet the changing requirements of aircraft missions. This paper addresses current design concepts for such a map system on a Night Attack aircraft. The focus is on issues concerning the development and handling of existing map data products to meet current system requirements. This system, called the Digital Map Set (DMS), is being designed to accomplish the classical manipulations of Defense Mapping Agency Digital Land Mass System data. Additionally, aeronautical charts, aerial reconnaissance photos, flight plan data, and other two-dimensional bit mapped graphics also are accommodated. Mission requirements relating to the cartographic data bases shall be discussed along with ground support station and airborne system design issues.  相似文献

选择离散型输入输出差分模型,运用最小二乘方法进行非定常气动力建模,并将辨识得到的降阶模型用于气动弹性的数值模拟。1个马赫数下的颤振临界点的计算仅需调用一次非定常流场求解器。计算精度保持与非定常欧拉方程计算方法相当的同时计算效率提高了1~2个量级。计算了跨声速具有S型颤振边界的气动弹性标准算例-Isogaiwing和三维气动弹性标模算例AGARD445.6,辨识模型计算边界与非定常Euler方程计算结果吻合。证明非定常气动力辨识技术可以提供高效的高精度的气动弹性分析。  相似文献

The use of convolutional codes with feedback decoding is a common error-correction technique in simple communication systems. A drawback of conventional feedback decoding is the limitation to a class of self-orthogonal codes which, in general, are nonoptimum. Based on distance properties of the utilized code and test-error pattern analysis, we propose generalized feedback decoding which does not have the abovementioned limitation. This is minimum distance decoding and can be applied to any convolutional code while still maintaining its simplicity. Therefore, it has the advantage of being easily adopted in existing systems. We can use the relatively complicated Viterbi or sequential decoders in larger terminals and, with the same code, use the proposed decoders in smaller terminals; otherwise, both large and small terminals must utilize the same type of decoder. The proposed decoding scheme could also be used to simplify and speed up sequential decoding. In addition, comparisons of the proposed decoder with other feedback decoders are presented.  相似文献

The technique of inverse simulation is finding application in many and varied fields. As the name implies this technique is used to calculate the control action required to achieve a specified system response. The field of aircraft flight dynamics is particularly suited to this form of simulation as the question of what control actions must the pilot (or automatic flight control system) take for the aircraft to fly along a particular trajectory (a landing approach, for example) is often asked. This paper looks specifically at the application of inverse simulation in flight dynamics. The aim is not only to give an overview of the various techniques and applications but also to provide guidance to potential users of the technique on several of the physical and numerical features often observed in the results. An extensive review of the methodologies used within the family of inverse simulations is presented followed by a formal treatment of the theoretical development of inverse simulation as an established technique. A case study involving the inverse simulation of a helicopter flying a slalom manoeuvre is presented to demonstrate the application of inverse simulation in a flight dynamics analysis. An important feature of the use of inverse simulation is that it is necessary to define the output response required—in the case of flight dynamics the required flight path has to be modelled. Some of the methods used are documented, and their validity discussed. The paper also gives an insight into the types of problem which can be addressed by inverse simulation by detailing some of the many applications to which it has been put in the past. These include studies of rotorcraft handling qualities, performance and design, and pilot modelling as well as model validation. An important element of this paper is the formal, theoretical analysis of some of the numerical and physical features exhibited by inverse simulation which should aid potential users to interpret their results. The work presented in this paper shows a clear evolution of inverse simulation from its initial days when the mathematical models used were relatively simple into a mature analytical technique able to incorporate state of the art mathematical models and be applied to real flight dynamics problems.  相似文献

对亚声速自由射流进行数值模拟时,无法预先给定远场边界和无反射入流边界上的速度值。以往采用的黎曼不变量在自由边界上给定无反射条件的处理方法,只给出了这些边界法线方向上的一维特征关系。时间依赖边界条件是一种高精度的边界处理方法,可以很方便地处理计算中遇到的各种边界,广泛地应用于DNS中。我们将这种边界条件用于定常流动的计算中,计算了出口马赫数为0.4和0.7的轴对称自由射流,获得了与实验结果吻合的数值模拟结果。  相似文献

The utility of Barker-type phase-reversal codes is extended by the use of sidelobe suppression techniques that can be easily implemented in digital form. It is shown that sidelobe suppression techniques can be found where the tapped delay line used to reduce the sidelobes has only a few distinct tap weights, in which case the complexity of the digital processor is greatly reduced. An example is given where the technique is applied to Barker codes with positive sidelobes, specifically, the 13-element Barker code. If higher pulse compression factors are desired than are obtainable with Barker codes, multistage Barker codes may be used. The sidelobes then may be suppressed for any one or all of the different coding stages.  相似文献

The placement of multiple antennas on an air vehicle is one possible practice for overcoming signal obstruction created by vehicle maneuvering during air-to-ground transmission. Unfortunately, for vehicle attitudes where more than one of these antennas has a clear path to the receiving station, this practice also leads to self-interference nulls, resulting in dramatic degradation in the average signal integrity. This paper discusses application of unitary space-time codes such as the Alamouti transmit diversity scheme and unitary differential space-time codes to overcome the self-interference effect observed in such systems. The mathematical foundations of these techniques within the context of this application as well as computational performance gains associated with their implementation are provided. Issues such as the cost of channel estimation for trained techniques as well as the throughput performance of nondifferential and differential schemes for realistic air-vehicle motion are analyzed  相似文献

Collisionless microscopic phenomena such as anomalous resistivity, particle acceleration and heat conduction have been successfully treated by particle simulations. Such simulations are usually restricted to volume elements and time scales that are small compared to global scales or even the space and time steps in macroscopic codes. Despite the recent code advances and increases in computing power, it remains necessary to determine the effect of macroscopic dynamics on small scale phenomena and vice versa. The sensitivity of microscopic simulation results to macroscopic boundary conditions is demonstrated. Macroscopic codes, on the other hand, are examined for their dependence on microscopic details. The consequences for the design and analysis of simulation experiments in space physics are discussed. Combining macroscopic and microscopic aspects in a single simulation, despite the usual disparity of scales, will remain a challenging problem.  相似文献

The goal of mission-oriented theory is to develop techniques and models which can be used by experimentalists and theorists to interpret spacecraft measurements, deducing from them the maximum amount of information about both local and large-scale dynamics. To be effective, theorists and experimentalists must express their results in a common format. A reasonable starting point is for mission theorists to adopt the format currently used by experimentalists. To this end we have developed new diagnostics for plasma kinetic simulations, which display the results in formats very similar to those commonly used to present satellite wave and particle measurements. We have used a simulation of broadband electrostatic noise to demonstrate how, by comparing simulation results with observations, we can infer quantities which cannot be measured, such as the wave mode. We are also developing the capability of creating data streams from virtual spacecraft located in the simulation region. For example, we used a kinetic magnetopause simulation to explore the ways in which simulations can assist in the interpretation of single and multiple satellite measurements in regions of strong spatial inhomogeneity. To address directly the mission objective of measuring global transport, global MHD models are employed. In order to facilitate the initial comparison with ISTP satellites, time histories of simulated generic states of the magnetosphere will be stored on optical disks; these will then be used to create dynamical displays of both local parameters and the global configuration. Finally we demonstrate the use of data based phenomenological magnetic field models in single particle trajectory calculations to describe large-scale kinetic properties of the magnetospheric plasma. We briefly discuss the success of large-scale kinetic calculations in delineating the structure of the plasma sheet, and present some possible ISTP research initiatives which can be used to determine the structure of the very distant tail and the entry of plasma into the tail.  相似文献

This describes a simulation architecture used to simulate an ultra-narrowband radar tomographic imaging (UNBRaTI) system. The work is being performed at Rochester Institute of Technology. This lays the groundwork for an effort to develop a systems level approach for the simulation and analysis of an UNBRaTI system using traditional radio frequency (RF) components as well as micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS)-hased components. The utility of the approach is its ability to apply sound systems engineering principles and techniques to compare and contrast traditional RF components with MEMS-based components and their effects on system level performance. The simulation has been architected for ease of scalability in order to analyze basic to complex system configurations.  相似文献

Digitally coded radar waveforms can be used to obtain large time-bandwidth products (pulse compression ratios). It is demonstrated that periodic radar waveforms with zero sidelobes or almost zero sidelobes can be defined. A perfect periodic code is a periodic code whose autocorrelation function has zero sidelobes and whose amplitude is uniform (maximum power efficiency=1). An asymptotically perfect periodic code has the property that as the number of elements in the code goes to infinity the autocorrelation function of the code has zero sidelobes and its power efficiency is one. The authors introduce a class of radar waveforms that are either perfect or asymptotically perfect codes. These are called reciprocal codes because they can be derived through a linear transformation of known codes. The aperiodic performance of the reciprocal code is examined  相似文献
