Anticipating the use of knowledge-based expert systems for robot task planning, a geometric reasoning is envisioned for the representation and manipulation of geometric information in a manner uniform with other knowledge. The general requirements for such a reasoner are outlined and a proposed architecture is described, built on four concepts: a class structure of spatial sets, features as subsets of those spatial sets, geometric abstractions as partial representations of features, and constraints as a mechanism for reasoning. 模块化可重构卫星具有组织灵活、操作方便、适应性强等特点,可以有效降低卫星研制和发射成本、提高卫星对紧急任务的响应速度、延长卫星寿命。重构规划问题对模块的具体移动方式进行求解,是实现自重构需要解决的核心问题之一。针对同构式旋转立方结构,给出其离散运动模型,推导出运动空间求解算法。为降低重构规划问题的不确定性和复杂程度,采用分层规划策略,将规划任务分解为设计中间构型的上层规划和求解实现中间构型移动方式的下层规划,每层规划内部独立进行求解。设计了利用Kuhn-Munkres算法实现上层规划的重构规划算法,使中间构型具有较小的结构跨度,特别适合在轨自重构的重构规划问题求解。仿真结果表明了所提规划策略和所设计规划算法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

为解决航空航天管路组件的装配质量及效率问题,设计并实现了一套新型自动化可重构工装系统。为实现管路工装系统定位器的自动配置,首先基于D-H法建立了定位器的运动学模型,并以配置系统解析的管接头位姿参数为目标值求解出了定位器的配置参数,为管路工装模型的自动配置提供了数据依据。在此基础上,利用数值法求出了定位器的工作空间,并以工作空间的最大包络直径作为干涉圆直径提出了定位器的运动路径规划方法。然后,基于坐标变换理论和空间尺寸链方法,建立了定位器的定位误差模型,为定位器乃至整个管路工装系统的性能分析提供了理论依据。最后,以某航空发动机一套管路模型的自动配置和性能分析过程为例给出了应用验证。  相似文献

 针对应急条件下多星动态调度问题,建立了多目标数学规划模型,提出了应急条件多星成像任务合成策略:建立多星多轨任务合成图(MSMOTMG)模型,提出任务合成算法CP-TM。为克服合成导致任务成像机会减少的缺陷,提出了基于合成任务分解的修复技术。此外,为进一步提高调度效率,考虑了任务在等待队列中的向后移位策略,提出了综合考虑任务合成、修复和向后移位的多星动态应急调度(TMRBS-DES)算法。通过大量模拟实验,将TMRBS-DES算法同RBHA算法,以及3个baseline算法(BS-DES、TMR-DES和TMBS-DES)进行了比较。实验结果表明TMRBS-DES算法提高了调度质量,适用于应急条件下多星动态调度问题。  相似文献

研究了旋翼无人机组在路网环境下的协同持续监视问题。基于最优化原理定义了路网持续监视问题。通过简化路网离散过程、考虑传感器识别准确度、引入不确定度度量,提出面向事件的路网持续监视问题建模方法。针对路网持续监视轨迹规划问题的特殊性,设计了一种启发式多无人机协同轨迹规划算法。通过理论分析和仿真对比,表明了算法的可行性、准确性和通用性。所提算法作为对当前路网巡逻方法的扩充,不仅可解决实际路网移动持续监视任务,也为基于图模型的持续数据采集、连续覆盖等任务提供一种解决方案。  相似文献

START, a software package for automatic test sequencing and testability analysis of complex, hierarchically described modular systems, is described, and its use in modeling systems is examined. START uses algorithms based on information theory, heuristic search, and graph theory to solve various faces of the test sequencing and testability analysis problems. A system is modeled in the failure space as a hierarchical directed graph with nodes denoting modules and testpoints and with AND nodes denoting redundancy. Interconnections among the nodes denote their immediate functional dependencies. START supports hierarchical testing in accordance with the maintenance strategy; a failure source may be isolated to a component or a module at any level. Other practical features include options to integrate diagnosis with repair (after partial diagnosis) in order to optimize test time, test cost, or test and repair cost. An interactive menu-mouse graphical interface serves as a high-level front end to these algorithms and enables the user to graphically enter and modify hierarchical functional models of systems. START presents the gist of the outputs of the testability analysis algorithms as a concise testability report consisting of important figures of merit  相似文献

产品装配序列规划问题是一个典型的组合优化问题,在求解过程中容易导致组合爆炸。通过将复杂的产品划分成一个个合理的子装配体,可以有效地解决装配序列规划搜索空间过大的问题。本文以产品连接关系图为基础,通过研究产品各个部件之间的连接关系,对连接关系的稳定性进行分类,基于连接关系稳定性建立权重连接关系图,进行子装配体的划分;同时,根据子装配体功能和结构的相似性,构造相似子装配体。本文所求得的子装配体具有较好的稳定性和均衡性。  相似文献

Aimed at capture task for a free-floating space manipulator, a scheme of pre-impact trajectory planning for minimizing base attitude disturbance caused by impact is proposed in this paper.Firstly, base attitude disturbance is established as a function of joint angles, collision direction and relative velocity between robotic hand and the target.Secondly, on the premise of keeping correct capture pose, a novel optimization factor in null space is designed to minimize base attitude disturbance and ensure that the joint angles do not exceed their limits simultaneously.After reaching the balance state, a desired configuration is achieved at the contact point.Thereafter, particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is employed to solve the pre-impact trajectory planning from its initial configuration to the desired configuration to achieve the minimized base attitude disturbance caused by impact and the correct capture pose simultaneously.Finally, the proposed method is applied to a 7-dof free-floating space manipulator and the simulation results verify the effectiveness.  相似文献

针对机身筒段大部件的装配需求,设计了由自主多足移动机构与多功能末端执行器两大功能模块组成的轻型自主爬行制孔系统。基于集成控制的总体需求,设计了上下位机分层控制体系。利用Microsoft Visual Studio平台开发了上位机集成控制软件,用以规划整个钻铆系统的加工任务,监测现场加工任务的执行情况。利用德国倍福软PLC技术实现对整个系统终端硬件的实时控制。在明确了集成控制的总体方案后,设计了基于工业网络的硬件组态和基于多软件平台的软件组态。最后,在不同倾斜角度的曲面工装上进行了机器人的行走和钻孔试验。试验结果表明轻型自主爬行制孔系统结构设计合理,集成控制系统性能稳定,能够稳定实现行走和钻孔功能,制孔质量满足要求。  相似文献

Taxiing aircraft and towed aircraft with drawbar are two typical dispatch modes on the flight deck of aircraft carriers. In this paper, a novel hierarchical solution strategy, named as the Homogenization-Planning-Tracking (HPT) method, to solve cooperative autonomous motion control for heterogeneous carrier dispatch systems is developed. In the homogenization layer, any towed aircraft system involved in the sortie task is abstracted into a virtual taxiing aircraft. This layer transforms the heterogeneous systems into a homogeneous configuration. Then in the planning layer, a centralized optimal control problem is formulated for the homogeneous system. Compared with conducting the path planning directly with the original heterogeneous system, the homogenization layer contributes to reduce the dimension and nonlinearity of the formulated optimal control problem in the planning layer and consequently improves the robustness and efficiency of the solution process. Finally, in the tracking layer, a receding horizon controller is developed to track the reference trajectory obtained in the planning layer. To improve the tracking performance, multi-objective optimization techniques are implemented offline in advance to determine optimal weight parameters used in the tracking layer. Simulations demonstrate that smooth and collision-free cooperative trajectory can be generated efficiently in the planning phase. And robust trajectory tracking can be realized in the presence of external disturbances in the tracking phase. The developed HPT method provides a promising solution to the autonomous deck dispatch for unmanned carrier aircraft in the future.  相似文献

基于多组件结构系统整体式拓扑布局优化设计方法,研究了同时含有部件布局、组件布局、主结构框架构型和部件结构构型4类设计变量的复杂系统协同优化设计问题,是整体式拓扑布局优化设计面向复杂飞行器结构系统设计的拓展。采用多点约束(MPC)模拟组件、部件及支撑结构之间的刚性连接,采用有限包络圆方法(FCM)解决组件之间、组件与设计域边界之间的几何干涉问题。通过整体式拓扑布局的刚度优化设计,部件和组件均可以获得优化的布局位置,同时主结构框架构型和部件结构构型获得优化的结构样式,充分体现了整体式拓扑布局优化设计方法应用于复杂结构系统设计的能力。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel hybrid task priority-based motion planning algorithm of a space robot. The satellite attitude control task is defined as the primary task, while the leastsquares-based non-strict task priority solution of the end-effector plus the multi-constraint task is viewed as the secondary task. Furthermore, a null-space task compensation strategy in the joint space is proposed to derive the combination of non-strict and strict task-priority motion planning,and this novel combination is termed hybrid task priority control. Thus, the secondary task is implemented in the primary task's null-space. Besides, the transition of the state of multiple constraints between activeness and inactiveness will only influence the end-effector task without any effect on the primary task. A set of numerical experiments made in a real-time simulation system under Linux/RTAI shows the validity and feasibility of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

针对多星协同动态任务规划问题,以往多采用基于启发式的重规划算法,但是由于启发式策略依赖于具体任务,使得优化性受到影响。注意到协同规划的历史信息对后续协同规划的影响,本文提出了一种基于策略迭代的多智能体强化学习和迁移学习的混合学习算法求解该问题近似最优策略。本文的多智能体强化学习方法利用神经网络描述各颗卫星的强化学习策略,通过协同进化的方法迭代搜索具有最优拓扑结构和连接权重的策略神经网络个体。针对随机出现的观测任务请求导致历史学习策略失效,通过迁移学习将历史学习策略转换为当前初始策略,保证规划质量前提下加快多星协同任务规划速度。仿真实验及分析结果表明本文算法对动态随机出现的任务请求有良好的适应性。  相似文献

首先从不同角度给出航迹规划的两种定义,把航迹规划问题拆分为规划空间、航迹表示、约束条件、目标函数、规划算法五个子问题,提出了适用于各类无人飞行器航迹规划问题分析求解的过程模型。对规划空间构造方法、目标函数、规划算法进行分类比较,并给出每种方法的优、缺点及适用范围,辅助规划人员针对具体需求快速明确规划思路并选择算法。最后指出了航迹规划未来面临的新问题、新挑战。  相似文献

飞机维修拆卸/装配序列规划是整个飞机产品维修作业的重要组成部分,同时也是飞机远程诊断与远程维修的重要研究内容。针对飞机维修过程中拆卸/装配序列规划问题的特点和要求,本文从维修产品的拆卸/装配过程稳定性、拆卸/装配方向和拆卸/装配工具的改变次数三个方面来设置目标函数,解决了零件数量大的产品规划计算效率不高且没有考虑产品的维修过程稳定性问题。本文开发出了基于遗传算法的飞机维修拆卸/装配序列规划系统,并结合具体产品进行了验证。  相似文献

The research effort outlined the application of a computer aided design(CAD)-centric technique to the design and optimization of solid rocket motor Finocyl(fin in cylinder) grain using simulated annealing.The proper method for constructing the grain configuration model,ballistic performance and optimizer integration for analysis was presented.Finocyl is a complex grain configuration,requiring thirteen variables to define the geometry.The large number of variables not only complicates the geometrical construction but also optimization process.CAD representation encapsulates all of the geometric entities pertinent to the grain design in a parametric way,allowing manipulation of grain entity(web),performing regression and automating geometrical data calculations.Robustness to avoid local minima and efficient capacity to explore design space makes simulated annealing an attractive choice as optimizer.It is demonstrated with a constrained optimization of Finocyl grain geometry for homogeneous,isotropic propellant,uniform regression,and a quasi-steady,bulk mode internal ballistics model that maximizes average thrust for required deviations from neutrality.  相似文献

A novel FET-BJT combinational transistor configuration is proposed and demonstrated using discrete devices. This new transistor features fast switching, very simple drive requirement, elimination of reverse bias second breakdown, and good utilization of semiconductor chip area. Initial results indicate that power hybrid construction of the device is essential to enhance the current rating of the device.  相似文献
