摘    要:功率敏感器传统的计量方法繁杂低效,本文探讨了基于虚拟仪器技术的小功率自动测试系统的设计,提出了利用GPIB接口总线实现计算机与小功率标准装置各设备之间的通信方案,研究了通过SCPI控制各仪器的自动化测试实现方法。

Abstract:It is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive in the process of the traditional measurement of the calibration of power sensors. This article describes the automatic test system for lower power mount calibration based on virtual instrument technology. This system achieves the communication among the standard devices and the computer with the GPIB interface bus, and achieves the automation by the means of using the SCPI to control the instruments.
