混合弹流润滑下弧齿锥齿轮齿面闪温研究

摘    要:在布洛克闪温公式的基础上,计算了混合弹流润滑下的齿面平均摩擦因数,提高了公式的计算精度.结合弧齿锥齿轮几何与承载接触分析,通过计算沿齿面啮合点的曲率半径和切向速度,提出了实际润滑状态下沿接触路径的闪温公式.经算例分析表明,弧齿锥齿轮闪温的最大值位于啮入轨迹的中部,随着接触路径的倾斜度和长度的增加,实际重合度增大,啮合点处的载荷减小,闪温的最大值明显减小,其胶合承载能力显著提高.

Abstract:The average friction coefficient in the mixed elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication state was derived on the base of Block flash temperature formula, so its calculation precision was improved. Combined with tooth contact and loaded tooth contact analysis of spiral bevel gears, we proposed its flash temperature formula under the condition of actual lubrication state, through calculating the surface curvature radiuses and tangential velocities along the contact point. The results of analyzing the calculation example shows that, its maximum flash temperature locates in the middle of the approach path. The maximum decreases obviously and scuffing load capacity is enhanced significantly as the inclination and length of the contact path increase, the actual coincidence degree rises and the load at the contact point reduces.
