摘    要:
为评价宇航用千兆数据电缆的传输性能可靠性水平,基于宇航元器件评估技术对千兆数据电缆的衰减、差分阻抗、电容、延时差等关键传输性能指标开展了在不同温度及传输频率条件下的评估试验,从而掌握了产品在不同应用条件下性能参数的边界余量。通过分析评估试验结果得出了传输性能参数所呈现的变化趋势,可为航天型号选型提供数据支撑。

Abstract:
To evaluate the reliability level of the transmission performance of gigabit data bus used in aerospace engineering, tests including different temperature conditions and test frequencies are carried out based on the aerospace component assessment technology, to study the performances, such as the attenuation, the differential impedance, the capacitance, and the delay influence. The boundary margin of the performance parameters of the product under different application conditions is obtained. The variation trends of the transmission performance parameters are revealed, which can be used as a data support for the selection of aerospace models.
