摘    要:本文介绍了两个缩尺模型螺旋桨的气动与声学性能对比实验。一个为三叶桨 (A桨),它是一种生产型号的缩尺模型,另一个为四叶桨 (B桨),是用当代气动与声学计算方法设计的新桨的缩尺模型。两桨的最大直径均为 0.6 6 m,转速均在 150 0~ 30 0 0 r/min之间运转。实验结果表明,在相同工作状态及功率系数的情况下,四叶桨的拉力系数比三叶桨高,而噪音比三叶桨低;在相同工作状态及拉力系数情况下,四叶桨的噪音也比三叶桨低。四叶桨效率及整个性能均优于三叶桨。

Abstract:The aerodynamic and acoustic charaeteristics of two scale model propellers are compared experimentally.A three blades model(Model A)is a scale model of a production type.A four blades model(Model B)is a scale model of a new designed propeller.Their rotational speeds vary between 1500 to 3000rpm.Experimental results indicate that under identical operational conditions the four blades propeller has higher thrust coefficient but lower noise level than the three blades propeller and also has lower noise level at the same power coefficient.The four blades propeller,of course,is superior to the three blades one in the efficiency and overall performance.
