摘    要:滑环广泛应用于航天器太阳电池阵驱动机构,是航天器系统能源供给和信号传输的关键通道。滑环电弧放电曾引发多起航天器故障,而金属磨屑是造成滑环在轨放电的关键因素。文章设计了磨屑条件下盘式滑环真空电弧放电试验方案,采用真空系统和真实产品分别在60 V和34 V电压下完成了焊点之间、焊点与内环道之间的真空电弧放电试验。通过该试验,验证了磨屑和电压对滑环真空电弧放电的重要影响。试验结果表明,真空电弧放电会造成滑环内部大面积烧蚀,造成焊点之间、焊点与环道间的短路或开路,破坏盘片绝缘性能。根据试验情况,从设计和使用方面提出了预防空间盘式滑环真空电弧放电的改进思路。

Abstract:The slip ring is widely used in the spacecraft SADM, and it is one of the key channel for the energy supply and the signal transmission in spacecraft. A number of spacecraft failures were reported to be caused by the arc discharge of the slip ring, where as the tiny particles such as the wear debris are the main cause for the arc discharge. To study the effect of the wear debris on the aerospace disc slip ring, a vacuum arc discharge test is designed, and conducted under a vacuum system, with real products and an operating voltage of 60 V and 34 V, respectively, to determine the vacuum discharge characteristics of the slip ring. It is verified that the wear debris and the voltage have an important influence on the vacuum arc discharge of the slip ring. The discharge will cause large areas of ablation inside the slip ring, resulting in short circuit or open circuit between the solder joints, and between the solder joints & the inner ring, to damage the product’s insulating property. According to the test results, some suggestions are put forward for preventing the discharging of the disc slip ring in the design and the application.
