多斜孔壁冷却方式小孔内对流换热的数值模拟

摘    要:采用数值计算的方法研究了多斜孔壁冷却方式小孔内对流换热的特性.数值分析采用了只考虑流体区域对流换热和考虑流体与固体间流固耦合传热共两种方法.计算结果表明:流固耦合传热法更能反映小孔内实际的换热特性;小孔进口处的Nu数最大,且随着孔内雷诺数的变化,孔进口区对孔内换热的影响也不同.

Abstract:Characteristics of convective heat transfer in holes of inclined multihole wall were investigated numerically by two different ways.One was focused on the purely aerothermal effects of the cooling flow,and the other one on the conjugate heat transfer.The results reveal that the conjugate heat transfer simulation is more accurate in reflecting convective heat transfer in holes.The results also show that the Nusselt number at the entrance of the holes is the maximum,and the influence of the entrance on the lo...
