| Abstract: | Active regions show many short-lived emissions in the 3.5 – 5.5 keV range that are 100 to 1000 times weaker than “normal” X-ray flares. The hypothesis that they may well be miniflares is supported by the simultaneous occurrence of 2 Hα-subflares at the site of weak X-ray sources. |
