| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种单测头测量复杂型面坐标的自动化系统,并建立了相应的数据处理方法。这套系统主要适用于封闭型复杂型面(如叶片、叶轮、凸轮等)的测量,将为这类复杂型面的测量加工一体化奠定基础,具有体积小、成本低和对环境适应能力强的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced an automatic measuring system for the coordinations of the complex profile with the single transducer, and its data processing method was worked out. This system may mainly be used in the measurement of closing surfaces, such as:blades, vane wheels and cams. It has the following features: small volume, lower cost, higher adjustness, etc.. So that it will be the basis of the integration of measuring and machining for this kind of complex profile. |
