摘    要:针对导弹发射架制造和安装精度,以及长期使用过程中变形影响,导弹发射架上发射筒定位导轨相对主基准方位基准和基准水平面之间存在航姿误差,影响导弹初始航姿装订精度的问题。提出一种导弹发射架上发射筒定位导轨精度测量方法,该方法利用高精度航姿测量系统完成测量数据的采集,然后进行离线计算处理,最终得出定位导轨精度。利用该方法可以实现在码头动基座条件下对导轨精度进行测量,并将测得的状态参数在导弹初始航姿装订时进行补偿,从而提高导弹的初始航姿装订精度。

Abstract:For there are manufacture and installation error and transmutation of the launcher, the setting accuracy of the initial course and attitude will be affected by the course and attitude error between the relative azimuth reference of locating rail and the reference plane. A new method is presented for the accuracy measurement of locating rail of missile-in-container. The course and attitude test system with high accuracy is used for data acquisition, and the accuracy of locating rail is calculated through off line computed processing. It can help accomplish the accuracy measurement of the rail with moving base, and the initial setting of course and attitude can be compensated with the tested state parameter. So the setting accuracy of the initial course and attitude can be improved.
