摘    要:介绍了利用相关光子法测量单光子探测器量子效率的原理和测量系统,开发了一套用于该系统的测控软件。软件采用Lab VIEW的标准状态机结构,使用VISA串口程序库、Active X控件和报表生成器,编写了激光器控制、符合光子测量、测试报告生成等分支程序,实现控制状态机分支的切换,和其他各项功能的调用。实际应用表明,该软件测控系统运行可靠、界面友好,满足单光子探测器量子效率测量的要求。

Abstract:Aimed at large inertia,high speed,high precision servo control requirement of launch device,a study on servo control technology based on partitioning PID and feedforward compensation algorithm is given. The technique adopts partitioning PID control algorithm,and import feedforward compensation algorithm to processing composite control,which aimed at dynamic tracking requirement of launcher device. The technique improves the dynamic and static tracking property of launcher device,which determines the satisfactory control effect.
