| Abstract: | The relative measurement uncertainty in microwave power measurement is discussed in this paper. The mathematics model and step on the uncertainty analysis and evaluation are described based on two examples of microwave power measurement. The expression regulation and application of relative measurement uncertainty are recommended. |
