| 摘 要： | 从精密加工技术的范畴出发，介绍了精密加工技术的方法和特点。根据精密测量技术与精密加工技术的相互关系，从精密加工的角度着重介绍了精密测量技术的发展，特别是对几种常见的微／纳米级精密测量仪器进行了简单介绍。最后，根据精密加工技术和精密测量技术在发展中存在的问题，分别提出了精密加工技术和精密测量技术的发展设想。

| Abstract: | The method and character of the precision finishing is introduced from its technique category.The development of precision measurement technology to several common micro/nano-percision measuring instruments are discussed according to the relationship between precision measurement technology and precision finishing.Finally,some ideas about the precision finishing and precision measurement technology aree made in accordance with the existing problems in its development. |
