摘    要:为了实现高精度原子时标的远距离溯源需求,构建一种基于光纤双向时间比对的溯源系统,结合光纤双向时间比对技术指标高的优点,实现本地原子时标向远端标准时间进行溯源,通过采用主备路设备冗余备份机制,提升了系统的可靠性。试验结果表明:基于光纤双向时间比对的技术手段,获得了与标准时间溯源时差优于1 ns,溯源效果达到日频率稳定度在5E-15以内,同时利用主备路时间同步技术实现了主备路时差优于0.3 ns。

Abstract:In order to meet the remote and high-precision traceability requirements of precision atomic time scale,a traceability system based on optical fiber two-way time comparison is designed and implemented.Combined with the advantages of high precision of optical fiber two-way time comparison,the local atomic time scale can be traced to the remote UTC standard time.By adopting the redundant backup mechanism of main and standby equipment,the reliability of the system is improved.The test results show that based on the technical means of optical fiber two-way time comparison,the traceability effect with the standard UTC is better than 1 ns and the daily frequency stability is within 5E-15.At the same time,the time synchronization technology of the main and standby channels realizes that the time difference of the main and standby channels is better than 0.3 ns.
