| 摘 要： | 对凸轮测量中如何选取采点间距的问题进行了分析 ,指出了传统的等角度间隔采点的不合理性 ,提出按被测凸轮测量误差的要求选取采点间距的方法 ,并推导出采点间距的计算公式。

| Abstract: | Parameter estimation method is introduced in this paper to analyze theoretically the key problem in measuring the 3D topography of regulared-graph which is how to improve the lateral positioning accuracy of differential interferometer system. The simulation results show that the lateral positioning accuracy of the system is better than 0.1 μm using the ordinary laser radius and working-table. Therefore, the complexity and expense of the system are greatly reduced. |
