六端口校准结果的误差相关性分析

本文认分析六端口校准标准的误差对核准结果精确度的影响出发,指出提供一套标准,实际上是提供了一个拟合的反射系数平面,它与理想的反射系数平面间由一个分式线性变换相联系。系统真实结参数的四个复参数是理想平面上的点,而实际核准结果则是拟合平面上的点。因此,校准所得结参数与真实结参数相比存在着误差相关性。而且,结参数中的三个实参数与各复参数问同样存在着误差相关性。

An Analysis of Error Relativities among Six--port Calibrated Results

After analyzing the effect of error of six-port calibraitng standards on precision of calibrated resuits, this paper indicates that to offer a set of calibrating standards is to provide a synthetic reflection coe- fficient plane (SRCP), and this plane is related to ideal reflection coe- fficient plane (IRCP) by a fractional and linear transitions. The four complex parameters in real system are the spots of the IRCP, but those gotten by calibration are the spots of the IRCP. There exist error relativities among the calibrated parameters including four complex parameters and three coefficients.
