摘    要:针对某型运载火箭水平和垂直对接高精度、高效率的装配需求,提出采用大尺寸非合作目标三维形貌测量仪辅助对接的方法。通过激光扫描测量运载火箭部段点云数据,拟合火箭对接面的形貌,反馈给对接执行机构调整位姿参数。理论分析和试验验证表明,该方法可有效提高对接装配精度和效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the high precision and high efficiency assembly requirements of a particular launch vehicle for horizontal and vertical docking, a method of using large-size non-cooperative target 3D morphological measuring instrument to assist docking is propsosed. The measurement of point cloud data in the segment of the launch vehicle segment by laser scanning is carried out, the shape of the launch vehicle’s butt surface is calculated, the position parameters are adjusted by feedback to the docking actuator. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of docking assembly.
