摘    要:为分析正弦压力发生器工作过程中内部流场的变化情况,以一种具有滤波特性的正弦压力发生器为原型,运用UG三维建模软件建立正弦压力发生器内部流道的简化三维模型,通过FLUENT动网格技术和UDF(用户自定义函数)方法对正弦压力发生器内部流场进行动态数值模拟。通过改变仿真分析频率点,分析了主副正弦压力腔内流场的压力以及压力腔出口面流出气体质量流量随时间的变化规律。数值模拟结果表明,该方法与实际试验结果有较好的一致性,验证了数值仿真的正确性和可行性,从而为正弦压力发生器的性能预测和优化设计提供了参考依据和途径。

Abstract:In order to analyze the variation of the internal flow field during the working process of the sine pressure generator, a simplified three-dimensional model of the internal flow channel of the sine pressure generator was established using UG software, which takes a sine pressure generator with filtering characteristics as the prototype. Dynamic numerical simulation of internal flow field of sinusoidal pressure generator by FLUENT dynamic mesh technology and UDF (user-defined function) method. By changing the frequency of simulation analysis, the pressure of the flow field in the main and sub-sine pressure chambers and the variation of the mass flow rate of the outflow gas at the outlet surface of the pressure chamber are analyzed. The numerical simulation result demonstrates that the method is in good agreement with the actual test results and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the numerical simulation, which provides a reference and approach for the performance prediction and optimization design of the sine pressure generator.
