单片机控制的经济型圆度仪的研制

摘    要:本文介绍首次研制出的经济型圆度仪。该圆度仪采用V-F转换器作为12他A/D转换器,8031单片机为微处理机,可对车间常用的圆度误差值在1μm以上的工件进行精确测量,并可显示,打印圆度认差值。该圆度仪具有成本低廉、体积小、精度适宜、可在车间生产条件下使用等优点,具有一定的实用价值。文中给出了几个实测例。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of economical roundness instrument developed for the first time. It adopts V-F convertor as 12 bits A/D convertor, the 8031 single chip microcomputer as microcomputer. It can accurately measure the workpieces whose roundness error is above lum and can display or print out the roundness error data. The advantages of the instrument are:lower in cost; smaller in volume and suitable precision, and it can be used in workshops. A few practical examples of measurement are given in this paper.
