摘    要:用传统的测量方法不能得到端面圆跳动误差的准确值.根据端面圆跳动误差定义,建立了在直角坐标采样时该项误差的最小二乘评定法数学模型,并用计算机进行仿真研究.结果表明,所建立的数学模型具有编程简单,计算误差较小等特点.文中所建立的数学模型为研制形位误差虚拟测量系统提供了理论基础.

Abstract:The correct value of the end circular run-out error can not be obtained in the traditional measuring method. According to the definition of the end circular run-out error,a mathematical model is developed to evaluate end circular run-out error by way of least square method in the rectangular coordinates. The model is able to calculate the end circular run-out error with proper accuracy.The computing results indicate that the model developed is simple in programming.The model lays a theoritical foundation for developing a virtual instrument and system to measure form and position error.
