超宽带变频系统中的本振产生技术研究

摘    要:本振源是超宽带变频系统中的核心部件,本文以超宽带上变频系统为例,介绍变频系统中本振信号的产生技术。本文所设计的超宽带变频系统,经过三次上变频,可将(0.8~2.8)GHz 的低频信号变换至(0.5~40)GHz。变频过程中需要一系列点频本振和一组宽带本振,基于PLL+DFS 的方法产生点频本振,基于DDS+DFS 的方式产生宽带本振。

Abstract:Local oscillators are core components of ultra wideband (UWB) frequency converting systems. This paper introduces the techniques of local oscillation generation for a frequency converting system, taking a UWB up-converting system as example. The designed UWB frequency converting system converts a lower band of 0.8GHz~2.8GHz to an upper band of 0.5GHz~40GHz through three up-conversions. For the frequency conversion a series of single-tone oscillators and wideband oscillators are needed, which are generated by PLL+DDS and DDS+DPS techniques respectively.
