摘    要:在实现本地时间与参考时标精确同步的过程中,被驾驭对象频率稳定度和时间同步精度存在平衡矛盾。本文提出了一种基于阻尼系数控制算法的时间驾驭方法。首先利用Kalman滤波算法对历史数据的多项式模型进行拟合,得到被驾驭对象与参考源时标的相位差、频差及频漂,然后利用阻尼系数控制算法建立仿真模型进行分析,得到时间驾驭策略。仿真结果表明,本文提出的基于阻尼系数控制算法的时间驾驭方法在一定的时间偏差控制要求下,确保了被驾驭对象的频率稳定度。

Abstract:In the process of accurate synchronizing the local time with the reference time standard,there is always a trade-off between the synchronization accuracy and the frequency stability of the steered target. A time steer method based on the damping coefficient control algorithm is presented in this paper.Firstly,the history data is fitted by using Kalman filtering algorithm and the phase difference,frequency difference,frequency drift between steered target and the reference time standard can be obtained. Then,the time steer strategy is obtained by analyzing simulation model which is built on damping coefficient control algorithm. The simulation result shows that the time steer method based on the Damping Coefficient Control Algorithm can ensure frequency stability of the steered target under certain time deviation constraint.
