摘    要:介绍了一种新型控制系统变送装置的组成结构和相较于传统变送装置的改进特点。新型变送装置采用双曲线插针、插孔连接的内部无引线结构,采用新设计芯片集成原有位移变送芯片和压差变送芯片功能,运用正弦波函数振荡器和功率放大器驱动传感器以及同步解调测量信号原理,运用最新设计原理优化电源供电电路、滤波电路和温漂补偿电路,通过多种环境试验考核和分析试验测试数据,达到了提高控制系统变送装置测量准确度、集成度和可靠性的效果。

Abstract:The structure and improved features compared to the traditional of a new transmitter for the control system are introduced. No lead structure connected with hyperbola pin and socket is used for the transmitter. Displacement signal and differential pressure signal chip are integrated as a new chip. Sine wave function oscillator and power amplifier are used for driving the sensor. The principle of synchronous demodulation measurement signal is used, new designs are used for the optimization of power supply circuit, filter circuit and temperature drift compensation circuit, to improved the accuracy, integration and reliability of the transmitter for the control system with various environmental trial and experiment test.
