CPT原子钟系统光源温度控制设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了半导体激光器波长影响机理,针对相干布局数囚禁(CPT)原子钟系统光源,设计并制作了通过半导体激光器的温度稳定的电路。实验结果表明,采用此电路的激光器,其温度稳定度约为0.02℃,相应波长稳定度可达0.001 2 nm。

Abstract:The factors affecting the wavelength of Laser Diode(LD) were presented.A circuit for wavelength precisely stabilization was designed and realized for coherent population trapping atomic clock.Experiment tests showed that the wavelength could be stabilized within 0.02 degree C by the circuitry.Corresponding wavelength control accuracy was 0.001 2nm.
