摘    要:示波器是最常用的测量与测试工具,在科研和生产中被大量使用。而示波器校准仪作为其检定标准装置,其量值的准确、可靠以及检定的方便、快捷显得尤为重要。为确保示波器校准仪的性能稳定及测量的准确性,需要定期对示波器校准仪进行检定。本论文从自动化测试系统中的计算机技术、软件技术和测量技术入手,确定了基于GPIB总线体系架构的示波器校准仪自动计量检定系统。
