| Abstract: | The measurement method about vertical deflection factor, horizontal time base and pulse width triggering of digital storage oscilloscope are discussed. Giving TDS7104 as example, evaluation of measurement uncertainty and the cvaluation＇s results are given to some specifications of vertical deflection factor, horizontal deflection factor, analog bandwidth and rise time of digital storage oscilloscope. |
