直尺反转组合法测量直线度的理论分析

The throretical analysis of straightedge reversing and combination approach for straightness measurement

The measuring principle and accuracy of straightedge reversing and combination approach is analyzed thoroughly.It is pointed out that the accuracy of this method is determinde by many factors,such as the error of locating sample points,the slop of the edge to moving direction,the error of re-locating edge,the edge straightness and the gauge head precision. The conclusion that the former two factors affect the measuring accuracy is also suitable for other edge straightness measuring methods.
