悬臂空心梁式加速度计的设计

摘    要:分析证明:悬臂梁式加速度计的灵敏度与它的谐振频率的平方成反比。因此,欲展宽频带而保持灵敏度不变就很困难。利用应力集中的方法可以有效地解决这一问题。采用空心梁结构不仅能产生应力集中而且能减少梁的自身质量带来的影响,可以有效地展宽频带。文中给出了几种梁的刚度计算。

Abstract:Through analysis it was demonstrated that the sensitivity of a cantilever beam type accelerometer is inversely proportional to the square of resonant frequency. Therefore; to expand the frequency bandwidth and to remain the same sensitivity is difficulty. By the method of stress concentration we can expand the bandwidth effectively. The hollow beam construction not only produce the stress concentra- tion, reduce the effect of beam mass but also extended the bandwidth. Rigi- dity calculation of some types of cantilever beam is also given.
