摘    要:提出一种以两束激光为基准测量工作台直线运动误差(五个自由度)的方法,并根据刚体运动学的基本原理导出了相应的数学模型。所获得的误差计算公式形式简单,计算方便,适用于实时、现场运动精度测量及补偿。

Abstract:A measuring method of five-freedom kinematic errors of a moving table along one axis is introduced which employs two laser beams as a plane datum. A mathematical model based on the basic principles of rigid body kinematics is also given. All error computation formulas obtained are simple in form and easy to handle. This method is suitable for real-time, in-situ kinematic accuracy analysis and compensation.
