| 摘 要： | 波长移相干涉技术是通过光源波长的改变来实现干涉信号的移相 ,原理上可以分离寄生干涉信号 ,同时也存在非线性误差 ,因此在算法上要求能对多次谐波进行较好的抑制 ,加权多步移相算法可以实现这样的目的。在该类算法的实际应用中 ,需要对加权值、移相间隔和采样步数等进行确定。

| Abstract: | Realize phase-shifting by changing the wavelength of laser source in the interferometry of wavelength tuning. In theory, this kind of interferometer can divide the parasitic interferential signal, meanwhile, it has nonlinear error. Therefore, it requires the algorithms good ability to suppress multi-harmonic waves. Weighted multi-step algorithm can realize this purpose. In this kind of algorithms,need to determine some parameters,such as weighted value, phase step and sampling times. |
