| 摘 要： | 计算机互联网络是一种新的信息传递手段和共用资源，可以进行时间／频率的传递或校准服务。综述国际上计算机网络时间／频率服务的现状，介绍其时间传递及频率校准的原理。最后论述了我国的计算机网络时间传递和频率测量服务系统的设计方案。
