宽带取样示波器一种新校准方法研究

摘    要:用一种新校准方法即“Nose to Nose”校准法可以校准带宽50GHz以上的宽带取样示波器。“Nose toNose”校准法通过宽带取样示波器相互对接,产生“Kick-out”脉冲,然后利用“Kick-out”脉冲求出取样示波器的幅频响应和上升时间。通过仿真和实验验证了“Nose to Nose”校准宽带取样示波器的可行性。

Abstract:A new method named "nose to nose" can calibrate broadband sampling oscilloscope with 50GHz bandwidth.The method of "nose to nose"calibration is to use sampling oscilloscopes which are connected,then "Kick-out" pulse is produced.We acquire the amplitude vs frequency response characteristics and rise time of sampling oscilloscope using "kick-out" pulse when two sampling oscilloscope are connected.We proved this feasibility of the calibration named "nose to nose" based on the broadband sampling oscilloscope through simulation and experiment.
