摘    要:根据国际、国内构建国家综合定位、导航和授时(PNT)体系和国外增强罗兰(Enhanced Loran-C navigation system,eLORAN)技术及其应用进展情况,分析讨论罗兰C导航系统(远程、低频、脉冲相位距离双曲线导航系统)的eLORAN现代化进程,探讨采用分布式局域eLORAN监测差分站技术,获取并发送实时发播时间改正、系统信号完整性以及地波二次相位因子(ASF)改正等相关信息到用户终端,提升罗兰C导航系统的PNT精度及其服务品质。此外,特别提出研制用户终端的小型化、模块化、智能化、芯片化工作,对拓展国产罗兰C系统应用和建设国家综合PNT体系的重要性。

Abstract:It has been shown that the progress of building up national comprehensive positioning,navigation and timing(PNT)system at home and abroad,and that developing the Eloran(enhanced Loran-C navigation system)technique with its application abroad.It has been introduced this paper the course of modernization with eLORAN technique for Loran-C navigation system,and discussed that the way for obtaining the information of transmitted time correction,integrity of eLORAN signal,the groundwave additional second factor(ASF)correction along with different propagation path and so on,and for transmitting these information to user terminations,by building the distributed area monitor & difference stations for eLORAN signals.These works is very useful for improving PNT precision and service quality of Loran-C navigation system.It has been pointed furthermore that it is very important to develop user terminations with miniaturization,modularity,intelligence and chip-based,for expanding the application of Loran-C navigation system and for building up national comprehensive PNT system in China.
