| 摘 要： | 计算机自动时间服务是一种新的时间传递手段.陕西天文台已经建成我国第一个电话授时系统.本文分析了多次平均测量对提高时间同步准确度的作用,研究了时间同步误差的统计特性.最后根据陕西天文台的实际测量结果,探讨表征电话授时系统时间同步误差的方法.

| Abstract: | The Automated Computer Time Service (ACTS) is a new time service method. The first telephone time service system in china has been set up in Shanxi Astronomy Observatory. Multi-average measurement of delay time across telephone line is presented in this paper. The statistical characters of the time synchronism error are researched. Finally, according to the factual data of measurement to the tele phone time system of Shanxi Astronomy Observatory. the characteristics of synchronition accuracy is dis cussed. |
