摘    要:iGPS测量系统凭借建站方便快捷、测量速度快等优势,已经在国内外航空航天制造等大型工业设备安装和检测领域有广泛的应用,而航天器测量任务中大量的立方镜准直测量工作则只能由经纬仪测量系统完成。由于经纬仪测量系统点坐标测量效率偏低,需要将iGPS系统测量点通过经纬仪系统转换到立方镜坐标系下,实现两种坐标测量系统的联合测量。基于上述需求,研究了两种系统的坐标系转换方法,提出了利用标定板实现转换的方法,分析了原理与转换过程,并通过实验验证了可靠性和精度。

Abstract:iGPS measurement system has a wide range of applications in the field of aerospace manufacturing, the installation and the test of the large sized industrial equipment because of its convenience and efficiency when establishing a coordinate and surveying points. But in many tasks of collimating cubic prism in spacecraft measurement, the only facility we can use is theodolite system. However, the theodolite system is inefficient when surveying a lot of points. The coordinates of these points need to be transfered from iGPS system to theodolite system in order to achieve joint measurement. Based on the above situation, two methods of coordinate transformation were studied. A calibration board method was proposed, and its principle and transformation process were analyzed. Finally, an experiment was carried out to prove its reliability and accuracy.
