摘    要:设计智能测量系统主要用于动静态角度的自动连续测量,包含两个主要功能模块:一是基于CPLD,实现对AD的控制,将被测信号数字化处理,同时负责向工控机传送数据;另一个是基于PC104工控机,设计智能测量系统数据处理软件,利用工控机计算被测信号的频率、幅值、失真度和输入信号相位差,实现了测量系统数据处理的自动化。

Abstract:Intelligent measuring system designed is mainly used for automatic continuous measuring of dynamic and static angle.The system mainly contains two parts: one is the numeralization of the measuring signal.CPLD is adopted to carry out the control of AD and be responsible for transmitting data to industry computer in the meantime;the other is the data processing software of the system based on PC104.The frequency,amplitude,distortion and phase difference of signals are computed with PC104 which accomplishes data processing automation of the measuring system.
