| 摘 要： | 介绍了伺服阀滑阀副叠合量的测试原理。将数理统计中的相关系数、一元线性回归、F检验等方法应用到了叠合量测试中的数据处理上。给出了伺服阀滑阀副小开口弯曲度的概念,为分析伺服阀滑阀副的小开口特性提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The overlap value of servo valve's slide valve couples testing principle is introduced in this paper. The correlation coefficient, unitary linear regression, F-test etc methods are used in the data processing of overlap testing. The author gives the camber of small opening value concept of the servo valve's slide valve couples, which provides a reference to analyzing small opening performance of servo valve's slide valve couples. |
