| 摘 要： | 将反馈机制引入决策支持系统的研究与设计，分析了ＤＳＳ中反馈的基本特点，应用控制论，行为科学、人机工程学及系统仿真理论的有关思想和方法，提出了决策状态反馈与决策输出反馈的基本概念，并给出了相应的人机交互与策略仿真两种反馈模式，研究了其对决策的影响，最后结合具体实例分析研究了引入反馈后的决策过程和结果，研究表明，反馈机制的引进能有效地提高决策有效性。

| Abstract: | Feedback in decision support systems (DSS) and its basic characteristics are analyzed.The concepts of the decision state feedback and the decision output feedback are introduced,while the corresponding designs of the two feedbacks,man machine interaction scheme and decision simulation scheme,are proposed based on the adoption of the thoughts and approaches of the cybernetics,human behavior science,man machine engineering,and systems simulation.And the effects of the two feedbacks on the decision processes are studied.Finally,two examples are analyzed,showing that the proposed feedbacks can well improve the performance and the effectiveness of decision making. |
