| 摘 要： | 针对我国军工产品在研制过程中由于投试样品相对较少、可靠性信息量不足这一问题,通过引入环境应力严酷程度因子,环境应力综合因子以及产品技术状态因子,利用指数回归模型,建立了多因素多元回归的可靠性综合评价方法,实现了基于性能试验,环境试验及可靠性试验的产品可靠性综合评价.该方法避免了不同环境条件下寿命数据的折合过程,而通过对回归系数的求解给出可靠性指标的估计,与经典的变环境变母体的可靠性综合评价方法有所差别.
