| 摘 要： | 采用正交设计法研究铝光亮阳极氧化工艺,优选出硫酸加R添加剂的最佳配方,讨论了电流密度和温度对光亮度的影响。通过电压——时间曲线,氧化膜厚度的测定,扫描电镜,x-射线衍射等方法研究了R添加剂的影响。

| Abstract: | The technology of aluminium bright anodic oxidation were studied by optimization.The optimum programme of sulphuric acid-R additive system were investigated.The influence of anode current density and temperature on brightness were discussed.The effect of R additive were studied by means of voltage-time curve,determination of film thickness,SEM and x-Ray analysis. |
