企业生产系统综合评价的理论与方法研究

进入８０年代，企业生产系统所片环境的变化引起了与其相关的诸多方面的变化，也使传统的生产系统评价体系不再适应现代生产系统；发展适应现代环境的生产系统评价体系已成为当务之急，本文从生产战略角度论述了企业生产系统综合评价的重要意义及其内涵的发展与演变，对其现状进行了综述；并结合中国企业的实际情况，构造了适合现代企业生产系统的评价指标体系，提出利用模糊综合评判方法对生产系统进行评价，应用本文所述的评价指标

Study of Theory and Method of Modern Operations System Synthetic Evaluation

Entering the 1980s, the circumstances of manufacture have been sharply changed. During this process, traditional performance measurement systems of operations system were found not to fit modern operations system. It is very necessary to establish modern operations evaluating system. The paper discusses the great significance of evaluating modern operations system from the point of view of operations strategy, reviews the history,connotation,and development of operations evaluating system, establishes the evaluating index system suited to our operations system, and provides to evaluate operations system with Fuzzy comprehensive evaluaton.Applying the system, we have evaluated actual operations system and yields good results.
