纺织结构复合材料强度性能的研究

摘    要:考究了由两种不同纺织结构制备的碳繁华只物/环氧树脂复合的制备方法及强度性能,探讨了复合材料强度与织物结构参数-纤维取向之间的关系,导出了计算纺织结构复合强度公式,其估算值与实测值吻合。

Abstract:The fabrication method and strength properties of carbon fabric/epoxy composites with two different textile structure(two dimensional and 3 dimensional fabric)are investigated.The relationship between composite strength and fabric structure parameter fibre orientation is studied.The strength prediction model based on yarn orientation angle and rule of mixture for fabric composites is successfully developed.The experimental results show the accuracy (error within13 3%)of the model in the field of static tension and its usefulness in calculating not only 2 dimensional (2 D)composites,but also 3 dimensional(3 D)composites.Comparison of the static tensile results of 2 D and 3 D composites shows that the 2 D has higher in plane strength than its 3 D counterpart.This could be expected due to the lower yarn crimp and consequently higher quantity of yarns orientated in stress direction.Stress concentrations introduced by the binder yarns are believed to be a further reason for a reduced tensile strength of the 3 D composites.
