| Abstract: | According to the working principle, composition. and operational conditions of the zeroreturning differential pressure angle-of-attack transducer, and practical experience, the mainfailure causes of the transducer are analyzed, and the thermal failure problem is focused. Theheat exchange between the heater of the transducer's probe and the environment is analyzed.The analysis shows that different flying conditions will require different heating power. In order to increase its reliability, a variable power design concept of the heater is put forward. |
