攻角传感器的热失效分析与设计方案改进

摘    要:根据压差归零式攻角传感器的工作原理、结构及工作条件,结合实际经验,分析了该传感器的主要失效因素,并重点分析了热失效问题;探讨了飞行中传感器探头加热器与环境之间的热交换情况。

Abstract:According to the working principle, composition. and operational conditions of the zeroreturning differential pressure angle-of-attack transducer, and practical experience, the mainfailure causes of the transducer are analyzed, and the thermal failure problem is focused. Theheat exchange between the heater of the transducer's probe and the environment is analyzed.The analysis shows that different flying conditions will require different heating power. In order to increase its reliability, a variable power design concept of the heater is put forward.
