飞灰空心微珠/聚丙烯复合材料的弹性模量预测

摘    要:基于三相球自洽模型和Mori-Tanaka方法,首先给出了计算含多相球形空心夹杂复合材料有效体积模量和有效剪切模量的一般公式,然后计算了飞灰空心微珠/聚丙烯复合材料的有效弹性模量随微珠含量及尺寸的变化规律.计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,表明:对于给定种类的空心微珠,微珠的含量及其大小是决定复合材料弹性模量的主要因素,微珠内压对复合材料弹性模量的影响可忽略不计.

Abstract:Based on a self-consistent three-phase model and Mori-Tanaka theo ry, general expressions are deduced to calculate the effective volume modulus an d the effective shear modulus of a composite containing several sorts of hollow microspherical reinforcements. Then, the effective modulus of a polymer matrix c omposite reinforced with fly-ash hollow microspheres is predicted, as a functio n of the volume fraction, the average size and the inner pressure of the microsph eres. The calculated results agree with experimental measurements satisfactorily , suggesting that the modulus of the composite is determined mainly by the volum e fraction and the average size of the microspheres, while the effect of their i nner pressure is negligible.
