径向气体/液体轴承动力特性系数的统一求法

摘    要:将滑动轴承的动力响应特性用刚度和阻尼系数(八个系数)来表示的方法在转子动力学中有相当广泛的应用.但是对于气体和液体轴承,以往对这八个系数的求法却不相同.本文绘出了一种统一的数学方法.通过与标准理论结果和常见实验数据的比较,证明该法是正确的.另外,还对在动压气体轴承稳定性分析中常见的准静态假设法进行了数值讨论,指出了它的局限性.

Abstract:The method of representing the dynamic response characteristics of a journal bearing bymeans of stiffness and damping coefficients (eight coefficients) is widely used in rotordynamics. But the calulating method for gas bearings is different from that for oil bearings in previous literatures. In this paper, a unified mathematical method is presented. The method is verified by comparisons with the standard analytical and the usual experimental results of plainself-acting gas journal bearings. Additionally, the quasi-static hypothesis in the stability analysis of self-acting gas bearings is discussed and its limitation is pointed out.
